db2twitter software package provides Simple Twitter bot using a database to build and send tweets, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install db2twitter
db2twitter is installed in your system.
Make ensure the db2twitter package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep db2twitter *
You will get with db2twitter package name, version, architecture and description in a table
